ABOUT

Urban Dictionary – “HIPSTER” – Hipsters are a subculture of men and women typically in their 20′s and 30′s that value independent thinking, counter-culture, progressive politics, an appreciation of art and indie-rock, creativity, intelligence, and witty banter.

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa – This is where I am based (for the time being).

Third Year Business Science Marketing Student at the University of Cape Town, I finally found my niche after suffering through Finance for two years. I am an Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Fellow, the owner of a Dazzle Jewelry & Cropped.

I am a self-proclaimed “baggie”, mother to over 100 handbags, the oldest being a gorgeous dark brown leather briefcase (which requires a code to open) that dates back to 1945.

I thrive for all things creative & interesting, whether it be a completely new and innovative idea or whether it be a twist on an old idea or concept.

This blog is simply a place where I can share my “youthful” point-of-view on absolutely BRILLIANT ideas that have been brought to the market (and maybe how I would have liked to have done them).
