TWELVE APOSTLES HOTEL EXPERIENCE

We recently celebrated our beautiful friend Alexa Fortune’s 21st Birthday at the Twelve Apostles Hotel in Cape Town. I love the idea of High Tea… You are hungry, but only for nibbles; you are thirsty, but want to keep warm; you are tired from the day, but a little sugary pick-me-up is just what you need! And when you are enjoying tea time with a bunch of girls, the afternoon is anything but dull! The hotel offers a gorgeous tea time platter – which feeds 4 adults, so we had 8 of them! They were absolutely amazing! I have to admit that I went into attack mode the moment I saw them and started scanning the platters, picking out items in my mind already. Shocking, I know.

We enjoyed High Tea in the Leopard Bar. The decor was stunning – animal prints and safari themed furniture! There was a theme of girliness with a touch of prettiness in the hair. Everyone looked just darling. Here are a couple of photographs from the event.
